QBO Chat channel is closed since yesterday (01/10/2020) in all of my QBO accounts. Why this channel is closed and not enabled?

Because, so far no one involved with Intuit/ QB believes is broken.  There have been multiple complaints, here in the community about it, since yesterday.  And EVERY time it is only said to  try incognito, or to clear your cache.

Please know that support hours for QBO start from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT. For Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT. It applies to the Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start subscriptions. For Advanced, you can contact support any time, any day.

 

If you’ve encountered an error in QuickBooks Online that appears to be a browser related problem, I recommend that we perform a browser trouble shooting to isolate the issue.

 

To begin with, here’s how:

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Use other browser like Incognito.
  3. Clear your browser’s cache and browsing history.
