QBO is showing last update 1 week ago

QBO is not updating our account. The last update is showing 1 week ago. I am missing bank information for the past 2 weeks. I have spent hours with a specialist and days trying to find out where the problem is.

I can help you figure this out, tonyfence.

 

QuickBooks depends on the data sent to us by your financial institution. Let's manually update your bank to refresh the connection within the program. Let me guide you on how. 

 

  1. Go to Banking from the left menu. 
  2. Select the blue tile for the bank account.
  3. Choose Update.

 

If the update doesn't work, the issue may be on the bank’s end. I recommend logging in to your bank's website to check if there are alerts that need your attention, such as new security requirements. In case you still can't see the transactions in QBO, you can manually upload them to your account.
