QuickBook Time Tracking app

We recently started using the QuickBooks Time Tracking app with our employees for requesting time off for Vacation and Unpaid Time Off, only.  It seems to be working well with hourly employees, however it doesn't appear to be working for salary employees.  I don't see that it has made any changes in salary employee checks or Vacation balances.  Anyone have any ideas or experience with this?

Hi Hrstar,

As of now, we haven't received any incident with the same concern. You may be experiencing some browser-related issues. Let's resolve this by running some troubleshooting steps.

To start with, log into your account in an incognito window. Here is a list of keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Safari: Shift N

If you can track the salaried employees, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled browser history can be the reason for some issues on the page. You may also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

If you want to review or edit their time, you can check this reference: Track and manage QuickBooks Time in QuickBooks Online.

I want to ensure that you're able to continue working on your QuickBooks. That said, let me know how these steps work on your end. I'll be around to help you.
