QuickBooks and Unemployment forms submitted through Intuit Payroll Service

My client uses QuickBooks Desktop with Intuit payroll service.

In restored backup I can see reports e-filed through QuickBooks and click on Details.  Details consist of date and time filed but no report data.

How can I view and print a copy of the report filed?

Thank you!

Hi @sue308.

Thanks for that information.

If they're using Intuit online Payroll enhanced, these steps would still work.

You have to go to the Payroll Center and select filed forms.  This will take you to a new screen.  You need the Payroll PIN to access the forms that have been filed by the service on behalf of the client.

Hello, @sue308.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'll be happy to explain where you can view Payroll Reports.

Because the Payroll is not processed in QuickBooks Desktop, the relevant reports won't show this information. From the Intuit Full-Service Payroll website, you'll be able to go to the reports tab to view Payroll reports properly.

Please remember, I'm always here for any other questions or concerns.

Thank you,

My client uses Enhanced Payroll & can view his reports as a pdf in his co file.

I don't have this option in his restored backup.

Will this work if not on Full Service & how do I access this website if yes.

Sue

Hello there, @DIANESTEPHENS.

The ability to file amendment forms isn't available in QuickBooks at this time due to state regulations. You'll need to contact the state for the amendment process.
