QuickBooks blocking my Catch Up 401K Contribution.

Let me share information to help you enter payroll and add Catch Up 401K Contribution in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Sometimes too much cache accumulated in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This is why you're unable to enter payroll in QBO. To resolve this, I recommend opening your account in an incognito window. Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can follow:

• For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
• For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
• For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Once resolved, please return to your regular browser to clear its cache or utilize another supported one.

Rest assured that they will diligently work to identify the underlying cause and provide you with an effective solution. If necessary, they may initiate an investigation to investigate the matter further:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
2. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
4. Select the preferred method of contact (phone or chat).
