Quickbooks corrections department illegally put a deduction on my employees paycheck without authorization.

I submitted a correction request to simply reclass wages from the overtime category to the hourly category. This was submitted in May and the case was closed on June 28th, 2024.
Today 7/24/24, almost 30 days later and after chatting with QB for over 2 hours I find out that about 2 hours ago someone in the corrections department went into one of my employees and put a deduction in his payroll file for $2400. This deduction was unauthorized and I know nothing about it.

I tried calling and they told me it will be up to 25 days for them to correct an error they made. A error THEY made. I can not get a hold of anyone in the United States because they do not allow people to call the corrections department that is located in the United states.

Is this type of fraud and illegal activity common for QuickBooks, I thought they were an upstanding company.

I spent 3 hours on the phone with quickbooks core payroll support for them to tell me they have to escalate the issue. Then I get a case email indicating it will be resolved within 25 days. Now I cannot pay my employees because of an issue that a quickbooks employee caused. Don’t tell me to reach out to support. You’re quickbooks team can do NOTHING to help. QBO is a horrific program. This is a violation of the security and privacy contract I signed when I signed up. An INTUIT EMPLOYEE ILLEGALLY ACCESSED MY COMPANY FILE WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION OR KNOWLEDGE and made a change to my file. Now it can’t be fixed immediately because of the hoops and bull crap you have to go through. DO NOT TELL ME THIS IS A PUBLIC FORUM. I posted this here because I have a legal issue caused by Intuit for others to be aware of!
