Quickbooks Desktop 2022 Payroll. E-Pay Login Remember Me not working

I've converted my company files from QB2020 to QB2022.  For payroll clients, I used the Remember Me box in E-Pay Login so that I did not have to enter the 4 digit PIN and Internet Password each time.

Since converting to QB2022, the Remember Me box does not work.  Every time, I have to re-enter PIN and PW.

Is there a fix for this?

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to get the Remember My Information for next time option, shuaib95.

Let's try repairing QuickBooks to fix any damaged components that caused unusual behavior in QuickBooks. Before diving, ensure to create a backup of your company file first. This way, we can restore your data if you ever run into problems. Once done, restart your computer to close the programs that may affect the repair. When you're ready, here's how to repair the software:

  1. Open the Windows Start menu, then select Control Panel.
  2. Choose Programs and Features then Uninstall a Program.
  3. Select QuickBooks from the list, then click Uninstall/Change.
  4. Hit Continue or Next.
  5. Select Repair, then click Next.
  6. Once it's done, select Finish. Please know that you may have to restart your computer to complete the repair.
  7. Update your QuickBooks to the latest release to get the latest security update.

We can also run the Rebuild Data tool to fix any company file data issues. Just follow the steps and detail in the Fix data damage on your QuickBooks Desktop company file article. Once you make an e-payment, re-enter your 4-Digit PIN and EFTPS Internet password, and select the Remember My Information for next time option. Check out the E-Pay tax liability payments article to make tax liability payments in QuickBooks Desktop. To ensure that your payment is received by the agency in a timely manner, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Employees from the main menu.
  2. Choose Payroll Center.
  3. From the Payroll Center, select the Pay Liabilities tab.
  4. In the Payment History section, tap the E-Payments tab.
  5. If the status isn't dating, toggle between the All Payments tab and the E-Payment tab. Doing so will refresh the list.
  6. Click the View link in the Audit Trail column for more details.
