If you want to purchase a payroll subscription, please know that the QBDT Payroll Basic and Standard are no longer offered. You can only subscribe to QBDT Payroll Enhanced. With this subscription, you can File and pay federal and state payroll taxes and Electronically file W-2s at the end of the year. To purchase, you'll need to reach out to our Payroll Support Team so they can help you with the process.

Here's how:

1. Click Help at the top menu bar, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. Select Contact Us and then enter that you get Reminder prompts and Continue.
3. Then, choose to chat with us or Have us call you.

The cost is $650 for Enhanced Payroll between 1-3 employees plus $6 per employee per month and it is $850 per year for 4 or more employees plus $6 per employee per month. All pricing is subject to tax if applicable.

How many employees do you have in each company? If you have more than 4 employees, you should consider upgrading your version to QBD Enterprise Gold. You can get a perpetual discount for renewals if you purchase the new license through select partners.
