Quickbooks is failing to allow me to run payroll unless I allow billing to transfer to accountant. I do not want to transfer, however; I do not see an option to bypass.

We can review and adjust user permissions in QuickBooks to manage payroll, Roadhouse. You need Admin access or specific custom permissions designated for payroll tasks. This will help streamline the process and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

To start make sure you have the appropriate user permissions to handle payroll settings. If you're not the primary account holder, it's necessary to contact the person who established the QuickBooks account to adjust your permissions.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
2. In the Users list, select your name and verify if the Role is set to Payroll Manager.
3. Click the Edit button to update any changes.
   
4. Click Save Changes.
