Hello slee-overdrivecl!

I understand that you want an option to automatically show that a quote has been accepted. Let me share some details about it.

When sending a quote or estimate, the email only includes a summary and a PDF file if you enabled it. If they accepted it, your client needs to inform you so you can manually update the status. Currently, there's no automatic way of doing it.

If the screenshot that you're referring to is a signed copy of the quote, note that it is only for you and your client's record. Follow these step on how to update the status:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select the All Sales tab.
  2. Find the estimate. From the Action column, select the dropdown and then Update status.
  3. Select Accepted, then OK.

You'll want to check this article: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online. This will show you how to update and convert the estimate to invoices.
