Quickbooks Online Employee Notes

Hello!

Does anyone know if the employees are able to see the notes you put under their profile in Quickbooks Online? I wasn't sure if those notes I enter are visible in the workforce portal or only to me?

Thanks for reaching out to us, @winstont34.

I'll share some information about employee notes. The notes section in QuickBooks is for reference only. On the other hand, the QuickBooks Workforce lets your employees view their pay stubs and W-2s online, and add some personal info. They won't be able to see the notes that you've added to their QuickBooks profile.

I'm also adding this link here in case you need help managing payroll-related tasks: View all help for QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Please know that you're always welcome to swing by if you have other questions or concerns with payroll. I'll be around for you. Take care and have a great day ahead.
