Quickbooks Online will not let me delete an incorrect payroll adjustment. How do I delete it?

If you need to undo or alter the payroll adjustments you have made, it is recommended to contact our QuickBooks Payroll support team. The support personnel have specialized tools and access that allow them to remove or modify payroll adjustment changes on your behalf. By contacting the dedicated payroll support staff, you can ensure the adjustments are handled properly.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
5. Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.
