the L-1 is printing correct year (2024) but L-3 is printing 2023

For now, I recommend downloading the Louisiana L-3 form from the state website to manually file to the Louisiana Department of Revenue.

I don't think it's very complicated, is it?

 

Either the form hasn't been updated yet for 2024, or it was updated incorrectly and no one bothered to test it properly.
