Quickbooks Payroll Not Automating Because of Wrong Unemployment Number

I have been paying for full service payroll for over 3 years, and Quickbooks will not allow me to automate tax payments. This has cost me several penalties with the IRS as well as the monthly QB Payroll fees. I have contacted customer service 7 times, spent hours on the phone re-explaining issue. All agents promise it will be fixed in 7-10 days and it has never been fixed. QBO only accepts a 7 digit unemployment number. My number is 6 digits, and QBO will not accept it and that triggers an error that will not allow full service payroll deposits. We have verified the number with QBO and the SC Unemployment office. We have also tried putting a 0 in front of the number. I have been absolutely blown away at the lack of customer support. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue?

Hello, Kelsey.

I know this hasn't been easy for you since you've contacted our support team several times, and the problem persists. The system should accept it since the SC Unemployment office has confirmed your unemployment number.
