Quickbooks refuses to find the matching paycheck for one downloaded transaction (but I can see it in the paycheck list) - how do I force the match?

I'll help you match your bank transaction to your paycheck.

You can click on the bank transaction and select Find match so you can use more filters to find the paycheck as a matching entry. If you still can't find it, please contact our QBO Payroll Support so they can check this further for you. They can use more tools on their end.
