Quickbooks removed payment from my account and supposedly paid my taxes on form 944. However the IRS just sent me a letter showing me that I owe for form 944 with penalty

As much as I'd be eager to help you, accessing your account won't be possible since we're limited in the public forum and unable to access personal information. Due to this concern, I recommend contacting our support. They have the necessary tools to pull up your account and investigate why this is happening with your account.

Here's how to contact our support:

1. In your QBO account, select Help (?). 
2. Choose the Search tab.
3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.  
4. Type your concern. Then click Continue. 
5. You may choose Callback, Appointment, or Chat as your way to connect with us. 
6. Kindly fill out the provided field such as your First name, Last name, Email address, and Phone number. 
7. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click Callback, Schedule an appointment, or Chat.
