QuickBooks support won't respond to me after they failed to make tax payments. I have escalated this to the tier 2 tax team at QuickBooks and for over 4 months?

The tax team and support team have never responded to me after hours on hold and promises that I would be able to speak to someone at QuickBooks, does anyone else have this problem?
