Quickbooks time no longer integrates with my quickbooks online payroll

Thanks for checking in with the Community for help with integrating your QuickBooks Online Payroll with your Quickbooks time.

We definitely want you to be able to import your team’s time and not have to enter it manually. Our goal is to save you time, we can do that, no problem.

The first thing we’ll want to do is uninstall the integration of QuickBooks Time to your QBO. Here’s how:

To uninstall an add-on, in the QuickBooks Time left menu, go to Feature Add-ons, then Manage Add-ons, locate the add-on in the list, and select Uninstall.

Next, let’s get QuickBooks Time to reconnect to sync with your QBOP. Follow these steps:

To Connect to Your Existing QuickBooks Time Account

• In QuickBooks, go to Employees.
• On the right, look for “QuickBooks Time tracks employee hours so you don’t have to”. Select Try Time Tracking Free.
• On the new screen, select Try QuickBooks Time FREE now (yes, you still need to select this, don’t worry you won’t start a new trial).
• On the “Create your QuickBooks Time trial account” page, select login at the bottom and enter your QuickBooks Time credentials.
• If you have multiple QuickBooks company accounts, choose which company account to connect to and select Connect.
• A screen will display, indicating the initial sync, then you can then Return home or Go to QuickBooks Time!
