Reconcile Tax Hisotry message - QB online

Hi there, @crystal78681. I'll share some insights about the message in the payroll tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Since you're migrating from QuickBooks Desktop, you'll need to enter prior payroll in QBO. Take note that entering prior payroll data can only be done if no paycheck has been run yet. You can follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Payroll menu.
3. Within the Employee tab, select the employee to open the information. Under How much did you pay [employee] this year?, select +Enter [year] prior pay details.
4. Enter the necessary information.

If all the historical payroll is already entered, but still getting the message, I suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support team for further investigation.
