I sold my business in April of 2023 and ceased using QB Desktop.  When I attempted to print W2"s in January of 2024 QB would not allow me to print them unless I purchased another $500.00+ subscription to print less than 20 W2's.  I was told that I could request a refund, but have been unable to speak to anyone or fill out the appropriate form on-line. Please Advise

I know the importance of printing W2 copies in QuickBooks Desktop, @DinerDowntown.

 

Your subscription to QuickBooks Desktop must be active to print your W2. To reactivate or upgrade, contact our support team or purchase the latest version of your subscription.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open the link: QBDT Customer Care Team.
  2. In the dropdown arrow, select QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select Continue, enter the necessary information, and hit Continue.
