Resend info link to Contractor

Allow me to provide information about resending the email invitation to your contractor. When W-9 data is previously input in QuickBooks, the Send a reminder or Send email link is disabled.

Contractors need to update their accounts to let them add their Direct Deposit information. QuickBooks will update it automatically on your QuickBooks Online Payroll account.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed. Use the same account that you used to complete your W-9.
2. Navigate to your profile ⚙ icon.
3. Select Tax profile.
4. Make necessary changes.
