Class tracking is not saving.  Only a partial list will save.

Hi Hrstar,

I've tried updating the class on my sample QuickBooks Online payroll account, and it works fine. Let's isolate what causes the issue on your end.

There are instances when issues like updating classes occur when the page encounters browser-related concerns.

To start with, set up the class on a private window. This page doesn't store browser history, thus, helps the page to load faster. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Safari: Shift N

If it works fine, you may continue on a regular browser and clear the cache. A piled cache can also be the reason why issues like this persists.

You also have the option to switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

I've also added these articles if you want to open a report by class:

Let me know if you need help on how you can customize the report. I'll get back to it the soonest.
