Hello!

Was looking for some help.  I have a bartending business and need to get one of my contractors/Bartenders set up in the system and paid.  I started the set up and it emailed her the set up link, however, she already has an INTUIT account so it's not allowing her to proceed.  Does anyone know how I do this?  I would prefer not to have to enter her info manually.

Hello there, @KarinaP317.

Thank you for helping out your contractors with their issues. Let's check to see why they can't sign in.

The link you sent is for your contractors to create an Intuit account and subscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed, which is what subcontractors normally use. When they already have one, they can sign in using this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed. Use the same account that you used to complete your W-9.
  2. Navigate to your profile ⚙ icon.
  3. Select Tax profile.
  4. Make necessary changes.

Once they accept the invitation, it'll route them to QuickBooks Self-Employed where they need to create an account for free. From there, they can manage their contractor profile including the bank details.
