Good morning, @Mystere1.

 

You're definitely right on this. We recommend ensuring all information is accurate prior to submitting your W-2s. Here's how: 

  1. Click Workers on the left panel and select the Employees tab.
  2. From the Employees list, select the employee's name.
  3. Click the Pencil icon to modify the details.
  4. Make sure to save your changes.
