Once you cancel your payroll subscription, you'll only have 6 months to access the data. After that, it'll be deleted permanently. You can check more details through this link about the cancellation of QuickBooks payroll subscription: Cancel Your QuickBooks Payroll Subscription.

If it's more than 6 months since you canceled it, you'll want to set up a new QuickBooks Online Payroll account. Visit https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payroll/ so you can choose the best plan for you.
