Since new payroll , how can I log in in quickbooks online and payroll at same time? When I try even when I have two different user names it kick me out Thanks

Let me share some insights with you to make it easy for you to transfer the contractor payments from your QuickBooks Online to Payroll.

QuickBooks can only accommodate one login at a time. If you want to use different logins for each account, you can use 2 browsers. For example, one in chrome and the other account should be logged in using an incognito browser. Just press Ctrl+Shift+N.

Another option is to contact our support team to consolidate your logins. 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click Help.
3. Select either of the tabs:
4. Assistant: You can have quick and personalized answers. Choose an option, or type in your concern. If you need more help, you can still click Talk to a human.
5. Search: You can search within QuickBooks Online knowledge base, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat 
   • Get a callback
