You can delete a paper check in QuickBooks Online, sherry_pottorf.
There's a delete option when you want to remove a paycheck. You can follow these steps to remove the paycheck:
Here's how:
Go to the Workers menu, then Employees.
Click the Paycheck list link.
Check the box of the employee's name, then click Void or Delete.
Follow the on-screen instruction on deleting the check, and hit Continue.
Mark check the box and press Void paycheck.
The system automatically recalculates your tax liabilities after a check is deleted or voided. If you've already made a tax payment, you may end up with an overpayment.
