Question

Square created a mess of transactions and now shows over $50k over what we did based on CRM which tracks all. Where do I begin to fix and how?

Currently sales box for last 12 months shows we're over $50k what we've actually done. I believe this to be caused by the way square is being reported. I disconnected square, but transactions still appear when clicking sales box and viewing transactions there. I don't see a way to remove these so we can have an accurate number being reported.

When you connect your Square to QuickBooks, the system automatically imports your Square sales invoices and other transactions. The information syncing into QuickBooks will always depend on what the Square allows. In this case, I suggest contacting Square Support so they can help you review and remove the unnecessary transactions so you can have an accurate report.
