May 1st starts a new sick time accrual for part-time and full-time.  Accrual will be 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.  So doesn't accrue when you use vacation or holidays, etc.  If I use accrue every hour on paycheck at .03333 with that work?

Hey there, @aj732286

It's great to see a new face here in the Community!

Yes, entering .03333 should work. However, if you run into the accrued per hour paid and it rounds up to 0.02.00, you can modify the time format into decimal. It only allows you to enter a maximum if two decimal places. Here's how:

  1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
  2. Click the General view.
  3. Tap the Company Preferences tab.
  4. Go to the Time Format section, pick either Decimal (10.20), or Minutes (10:12).
  5. Press OK.

For additional details, check out this guide: Change the time format from decimal to minutes or vice versa in QBDT
