State payroll taxes, i need to pay but it says i need to turn on my eservices? i have looked. green on the overview checklist

Hi there, oldesalemgarage-. I'd be glad to help you on how to turn on e-services in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

If you are prompted to turn on your e-services, It could be that this feature is turned off on your end. Hence, it didn't go to the IRS. Let's double-check your settings by following the steps below: 

1. Go to the Settings menu, then select Payroll Settings.
2. In the Taxes and Forms section, select Edit (pencil icon).
3. Check to see the Automate taxes and forms box.
