Can someone please tell me the difference between State Tax filing status Married (one income) and State Tax filing status Married (two incomes)?

I'd be glad to share the details, TMoore.

The State Tax filing status Married (one income) indicates that only one spouse earns an income, meaning the total household income derives from a single source, while the State Tax filing status Married (two incomes)  indicates that both spouses earn an income, each contributing to the household income from separate earnings.

You can refer to the complete details from the IRS website under Married filing jointly: IRS Filing Status.
