Question

Support for signatures using Android devices has ended as of today. Has anyone else experienced the same? This was an issue a year ago.

As of 10/8/24, signatures on invoices using an Android are no longer supported.  This is a critical feature and needs to be enabled for Android devices, not just Apple.  The QB assistant clearly states the option is available but the compatibility chart from 1/26/24 shows it's not supported.  This is a critical capability and needs to be enable for Android users.

We truly value your insights, Cleanayr. I know the importance of capturing signatures using the QuickBooks Online app for Android.

If you're utilizing the new invoice layout in QuickBooks Online (QBO), the option to obtain signatures on invoices is no longer available for Android devices. In the meantime, you can explore third-party applications that offer this capability and can be integrated into the program.

To find such an app, simply navigate to the Apps tab in your QBO account and search for applications supporting e-signatures.
