Hi there, @CaptMarc. Let me provide some information to help fill out your wife's tax profile.

When filling in the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) Tax Profile, the W2 income should be the same as what is on the W2 form of your wife. It's important to ensure that the software estimates the right taxes and takes out the appropriate deductions. I'd suggest consulting an accountant or reach out to the IRS. They can confirm if it's possible to still multiple the W2 income and federal taxes by 52 pay periods.

Additionally, I've attached some articles you can read and learn more about updating tax profile and filing both 1099-MISC and W-2 income:

Let me know if you have follow-up questions. I'm always here on your back ready to help. Have a good one, @CaptMarc.
