Can team members profile be merged with another profile? I have employees with two profiles.

I'm to share information about merging team members in QuickBooks Time.

 

Currently, the ability to merge team members' profiles is unavailable in QuickBooks Time. I can see how having this option would be helpful for you and your business. While this isn't available yet, I suggest sending feedback directly to our product developers. They're always for ideas to consider on how to improve QuickBooks Time.

Hello!  I recently logged into QB Time and it asked if I wanted to merge 2 team members into one profile.  I wanted to confirm with them before doing anything so I clicked to close the box.  Now that I've confirmed that this is what we need to do, I can't see where the merge option is.  Could you point me in the right direction?  Thanks!  🙂

I understand how merging is important for your business. For now, the ability to merge 2 team members is unavailable. You can contact our support team to help you with this. To do so, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online, and select Help.
  2. Select Search, then search the QuickBooks knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us.
  3. Find and select the Tracking time tile.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
    1. Have us call you to get a callback from the next available expert.
    2. Chat with us to chat with a support expert.
