I understand you're having issues adding vehicles to track mileage, @useromegascape6. I'm here to provide some troubleshooting steps.

First, close and restart the application. Then, clear the app's data to reset the app to its default state. There are places to clear app data and remove cached data:

  1. In the QuickBooks Online app:
    • Android:
      1. From More Options, select Settings.
      2. Click Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
    • iOS
      1. From the ☰ menu, select Help & Feedback.
      2. Hit Refresh Data, and then tap on Refresh.
  2. In your device Settings:
    • Android
      1. From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device).
      2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, and then select Storage. Finally, select clear data.
    • iOS
      1. Setting General iPhone Storage from your device's Settings.
      2. Choose the app that's taking up a lot of space.
      3. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

Once done, review your mileage record again. I'm adding these articles as your guides:

Just in case you're getting the same result, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks application.

Please let me know how else I can help you with adding vehicles in QuickBooks apps. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
