The Approve Payment screen to pay AK Unemployment Tax shows a payment that is one penny off from the Quarterly Report. Can the amount be adjusted on this screen?

Your tax payment needs to be corrected. However, this can only be done by our payroll specialist. With that being said, you'll need to contact our payroll specialist to help and process payroll correction.
 

 When getting in touch with our tech support, you'll need to log in to your QBO account and utilize the Help icon. The steps below will walk you through the process:

1. Within your QBO account, go to Help at the upper-right corner.
2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
3. You'll be asked to enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Click Continue. 
5. Select Chat with us , Have us call you, or Call us.
