Glad to see you here, @benchar,

The date and time you see in QuickBooks follows the computer's date. Any changes to the time must be done in your Windows system preferences.

If you're using Windows 10, you can choose to let the system set your time and time zone automatically, or you can set them manually. To set your time and time zone in Windows 10, go to Start  > Settings  > Time & language >Date & time.

For Windows 7, 8, & Vista:

1.    At the bottom-right of the screen, click on the time and select the Change date and time settings link.
3.    Make sure the date and time are correct, then hit OK.
4.    Click the Change time zone button.
5.    Choose the correct time zone, then click OK.
6.    Hit OK to close the Date and Time Settings window.
