The employee requires her payroll information bi-weekly. Currently, I go in manually to Employee List/Paycheck list, download it and email it. Can QB do that for me?

QuickBooks Workforce allows them to access their payroll information independently. Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu and select the Employees tab.
2. In the employee lists, select the employee's name.
