It’s not in the menu setting, shortcuts. It used to be there a couple weeks ago.

Let me assist you in adding the missing mileage category to your menu settings so that you can resume working with QuickBooks, @ptnaluaz-gmail-c

Sometimes, an outdated application can cause display issues. To resolve this issue, I recommend updating your QuickBooks Online app to the latest version. This will enhance existing features, patch security flaws, add new security features, fix bug issues, and improve app stability.

Then, refresh your data to see the latest available information in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To do so, follow the steps below:

For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.

This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

For Android:

  1. Go to Menu then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

If you're still having issues with the display, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.

For iOS:

  1. Tap and hold the problematic app’s icon.
  2. When the menu appears, select the Remove App option

For Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & devicesManage.
  4. Select the name of the app you want to delete.
  5. Tap Uninstall.
