Question

The past couple years I've had a G-1003 form. I haven't seen one for tax year 2022?

I know how to retrieve the missing G-1003 form for the tax year 2022, williamneilsmith.

When you file payroll forms in QuickBooks, they're posted automatically to the Archived forms and filings. And, here's how to pull up the G-1003 form.

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Select the Forms section and click the link to view the state form.
  3. View your current tax forms in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP section.
  4. Or select Resources, then Archived forms and filings for past forms.
  5. If available, select Preview to view forms not yet filed.

On the other hand, if you've manually filed the G-1003 form, QuickBooks will give you the option to archive it. If you miss to click it, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Team. They'll retrieve the form and make it appear on your account.

You can always view past forms and payments. Use this article to learn how to access them: Pull up payroll tax forms and tax payments.
