The email address has been there for a long time. It never changed to the "We sent" text. I tried removing the email and saving and then come back and re-add the email with check box marked. Still the same. I cleared the cache and tried again and still no change.

The Resend link is only available if you have initially invited the employee to view their paystub. Let's try removing the email address of your employee and save it. Once completed, log out from your QuickBooks account and log in again. Doing this, your system will be updated.
Once log-in, you can enter the employee's email address and save it. QuickBooks will automatically send the invitation to your employee.
