Time entries missing from reports and invoices

I am using the Time tab in QBO.  I put in last week's entries to invoice and they are not showing up on the reports and not available to invoice.

 

See the attached screen prints.  You will see 10 hours entered as Billable and only 9 on the report and only 0 to be billed.
