You ought to just allow companies to update our rate without trying to outsmart us. Sitting and waiting for you to learn of the new rates isn't working.

You can find a link to the PDF containing Arizona's UI rates and taxable limit for 2025 here (also attached):

https://des.az.gov/digital-library/unemployment-insurance-tax-rate-chart-fy-2025-english

0.04% - 9.72%

So please fix your ish so I can fix mine. Thx.

I understand that you have challenges in updating the UI tax rate, CreativePrinters and I empathize with the worry you've experienced due to this matter.

With this concern, you can send a tax notice if you can't update your state unemployment insurance. Here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes.
  2. Select Payroll Tax.
  3. Choose Resource.
  4. Click Tax Notice.
  5. Then, please follow the steps provided to send your tax notice to us.

You can also send the notice to taxnoticeresolution@intuit.com. Please note that the acceptable formats are, .pdf, .docs, .doc, .xls, .tiff, .jpeg, and .xlsx.

As soon as we receive the tax notice, we'll send a confirmation email with a case number and more details to both the Principal Officer and the Primary Admin listed on the account. Following the resolution, a tax specialist will reach out with an email detailing the steps taken, the resolution achieved, and any further actions you might need to take, if applicable. Please be informed that the response can only be seen by the Principal Officer or Primary Admin.
