Time kiosk

All other employees are showing up in QB time kiosk so they cna clock in and out except for one employee. This employee is properly added as team member. Is there something wrong with it?

Let's find out why your employee is not showing up, Sisonmn.

 

I understand that you have set up your employees properly. However, I would recommend checking the permission of the employee to ensure his or her name will show up together with the other employees in the kiosk.

 

  1. Navigate to the Feature Add-ons menu and choose Time Kiosk.
  2. In the window for Time Kiosk Preferences, click on the blue hyperlink in the Team Members column.
  3. Click on the + (no group) sign and ensure to put a checkmark next to this employee.
  4. Select Ok.


     

Once completed, this employee will have the ability to clock in and out.
