I'm sad to know you've canceled your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, Angelapena.

I'd like to help and fix the issue you have with your account. Can you share them with me? Any information you'd provide can help us narrow things down.

Moreover, let's ensure you've canceled your account to avoid being charged. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online (If you're in a trial version, select Cancel trial).

You can also check this link for more details: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

If you have, I recommend contacting our Support team. They have the proper tools to look into your account and investigate why you're still being charged. Ensure to review their support hours to know their availability.

I'm also adding this link for reference in case you'll want to resubscribe to your account: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

You're always welcome in the Community space whenever you need help with your account. I'm always around to assist you. Have a good one!
