Our engineers are aware of the issue and is in the process of being investigated. Although this is being actively looked at, we do not have an estimated time for resolution at this time yet.

 

I suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they can add your account to the list of affected users. Once added, you'll be notified about the status of the issue via email. They can also provide the best workaround while we are closely looking into a fix.
