There are times when this happens, a browser-related issue causes this. You can log in to your account using a private window. Use the shortcut keys below to access a private window (incognito):

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

This deletes cookies and browser history, leaving them clean and easy to access any website and error-free.

 

Once done, double-check if you're able to edit your employee's information without any error. If so, go back to the main browser to clear its cache and delete some outdated files that might be the cause of the error. Otherwise, you can use a supported, up-to-date browser.
