UI & DOR Account Number
I set up my payroll in QB and provided wrong UI account number because the instructions were not clear. Now that I have the right UI account number, I tried to change that in QB, but it won't let me do it because they say "You cannot change the Employer Account Number for this company because you have enrolled in CO EFT. If you have received a new Employer Account Number, please contact customer service for assistance.".
Of course, they do not work Saturdays and I need to process payroll. I do not even know how they sent me an email that they verified my account number and it was wrong. This is very concerning.
