Unable to attach tax notice?

For the time being, I recommend attaching your tax notice through a private window to narrow down the result. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P 
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

To upload the tax notice:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Click on Taxes at the left pane, then Payroll tax.
3. Tap on Resources.
4. Select Tax Notice.
5. Follow the on-screen steps to send your notice to us.

If it works, clear the cache of your main browser to remove browser history. Otherwise, use another supported browser as an alternative.
