Hi there, TinaKline.

I appreciate you for coming back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure you'll be routed to the right support team to assist you with the refund procedure.

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do it here in the Community. That way, they'll be able to investigate or verify the charge you've encountered and can also provide information about the refund process. They can even help you in connecting the Workers Comp insurance in QuickBooks.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
  2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
  3. Choose the Assistant section.
  4. Type your concern in the Type something field.
  5. Click Talk to a human.
  6. Click I still need a human.
  7. Click the Get help from a human.
  8. You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select callback or how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

You can browse this article to learn more about the different types of support we offer at Intuit and its availability: Support hours and types.

Additionally, all customers who requested a callback were able to receive a call and gets their issue addressed on time.

Lastly, you may refer to this article to view different details on how to manage workers' comp insurance automatically with Pay As You Go: Learn about and get workers’ compensation insurance.

Keep in touch if you need further assistance with this, or if there's anything else I can do for you. I'm always here to help. Have a good day.
